Fidelity Elite Privat Dual Display (1984) X-RARE

This line of computers were produced exclusively in the German Fidelity succursale under the direction of Peter Reckwitz.
They are a variation of the Elite Auto-Sensory Glasgow (EAS-C).
The idea to separate the computer and its display from the board was prefiguring what will happen some years later with the TASC. The TASC will be indubitably a more achieved and successful chess computer.
However, these computers by their "confidential" distribution were rare and are extremely researched.
The model presented here is the Elite Privat with dual display.
It was another version less powerful (3.5 MHz) and single display: Elite Privat Line.

This board is particular and prefigure some attempts for an avant-garde design approach of the chess boards.
