For sure... about COVID-19...

Unread post by CHVL » Thu May 21, 2020 6:49 am

Hello!

I hope that everyone is doing okay.
In this period of COVID-19, confinement is still in action for the majority of us.
I wonder if this has changed something for our hobby.
What do you think?

Hello!

Somebody asked me if it was a good thing to exchange computers (selling or buying) in this pandemic period?
Are you still selling or buying chess computers or are you in strict period of restriction? :)

Hello everyone!

How are you doing?
Are you taking advantage of this pandemic period to play more Chess? Maybe to collect more ? :)
I didn't see big transactions on eBay... This week, I saw briefly a Septennial...
And also a lot of computers built by SteveUk.

Re: For sure... about COVID-19... and about smoke...

Since 2 weeks, wildfires have generated a lot of smoke in the Bay Area.
Finally, today was an exceptional day with the return of the sun.
During the past 2 weeks, at the confinement for the COVID was added the restriction of any outdoor physical activity linked with the pollution of the air.
I took the time to play some interesting chess games against my computers.
And you?
kr,

Maurice
