I see... 4, 5 et 6 MHz and maybe 7 MHz.
For a 65C02 (8 bit), this is not so bad.
The program of David Kittinger must give different results at these different speeds.
Novag has sold different models?

Hello Maurice,

Yes the first production line was with 4MHz later 5MHz and then even 6MHz it was sold , it can be tuned to 7MHz stable

I have the 6MHz version ,plays very well to mine opinion

I have also from Berger Spain the Super Expert with a switch on the backside for programm A-B-C and C2 running on 8MHz
I am playing vs the EAG 2265-5 so the dual CPU ,should be +- 60 elo stronger then the normal EAG 2265
Both in 40/120 game come in midgame to depth 8
And they are very tight to each other

By their model, we have:
- the Novag Constellation Expert was model 848 at 4, 5 and 6 MHz (by tuning 7 MHz);
- the Novag Super Expert (SE) A was model number 878;
- the Novag SE A at 6 MHz was model 879;
- the Novag SE B was model 887;
- the Novag SE C was model 902.

Now, to come back on this eBay auction, the computer on the photo is a Novag Constellation Expert.
This one is a model 853.

I will verify the speed immediately when I receive it.
In fact, I have already one, but a model 848. When I saw this model 853 on eBay, I realized that it was a different version of the Novag Constellation Expert.
Waiting fingers crossed...
Maurice
